1. Data we collect
When you sign up or contact us, we may collect your name, contact details (such as WeChat, Instagram account, phone or email) and anything else you fill in on the sign-up form.
If you register a student account on this website, we keep your name, email, student ID (an internal identifier used by this website), course plan and whether your email has been confirmed. Your password is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form, so we cannot see it. Account data is stored in Cloudflare's database service.
To protect accounts from malicious login attempts, the website temporarily keeps the IP addresses of login, sign-up and password-reset requests for at most 2 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
2. How we use it
We use this data only to confirm your sign-up and seat, arrange payment, tell you class times and live links, provide replays, send account confirmation and password-reset emails, and reply to your questions. We won't use it for anything else without your consent.
3. Sign-up form and third parties
Our online sign-up form uses Google Forms, so your answers are stored in Google's services and covered by Google's privacy policy. When you contact us through WeChat or Instagram, those messages are also covered by that platform's terms.
Student account emails (email confirmation and password reset) are sent through the email service provider Resend from no-reply@visionex-ai.com. These emails contain your email address, name, student ID and a one-time link, which Resend handles under its privacy policy. Confirmation links are valid for 24 hours; password-reset links are valid for 1 hour and can be used only once, after which you need to request a new one. We store only an encrypted hash of each link. After a password reset, old logins on all devices end immediately.
Cloudflare, Resend and Google are US companies. To provide the website, student accounts and sign-up, your data may be sent to and processed in places outside Macau, including the United States.
This website loads Google Fonts and public code libraries (cdnjs, jsDelivr); these services may log technical data such as your IP address.
4. Cookie
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. When a student logs in, we set one essential cookie used only to keep you logged in. It lasts 7 days and is cleared when you log out.
5. Retention and protection
We keep your data only as long as needed to run the course and related matters, and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access. We never sell your personal data.
6. Your rights
Under Macau's Personal Data Protection Act (Law No. 8/2005), you have the right to access, correct or ask us to delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
